These terms apply when you use the GoZovia website or book any of our services. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them. GoZovia is run by GoZovia, No. 1/376, G. No. 112/4A, GoZovia Homestay, Kothur, Haleseebam, Ayaranapalli, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu 635119, India. Our centre is at #314, Chamundeswari Layout, Bettadasanapura, Bengaluru 560100.
1. Our services
We offer psychological support from RCI-registered psychologists, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance from a qualified BAMS doctor, yoga and wellness sessions from qualified trainers, and stays with partner homestays. Each practitioner works within their own qualification and scope of practice.
2. Not a replacement for medical care
Our services support your health and wellbeing. They do not replace a doctor, hospital or emergency care. Please do not stop or change any medicine without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it. Read our medical disclaimer for more.
3. Children and young people
Bookings for anyone under 18 must be made by a parent or lawful guardian, who also gives consent for their care.
4. Booking, fees and cancellations
- A booking request is confirmed only when we reply to you.
- Your first psychology consultation (10–15 minutes) is free. For any paid service, we will tell you the fee before you commit.
- Ayurveda consultations start from ₹500.
- Please give at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. If you cancel with less notice, 10% of the booking amount is charged.
- Monthly packages are non-refundable. If you are unsure, book single sessions first to see whether the approach suits you before choosing a package.
5. Online sessions
Online consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines that apply to the practitioner. Please join from a private, quiet place. Sessions may not be recorded by either side without written consent. A practitioner may pause or end a session, or suggest in-person or emergency care, if they feel that is safer for you.
6. Homestays and retreats
Homestays are provided by independent partner properties. The property's own rules, prices and cancellation terms apply, and we will share them before you book.
7. Using this website
The content on this site, including text, design and the GoZovia name and logo, belongs to GoZovia or is used with permission. You may share links to it, but please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Please do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.
8. Liability
We take care to provide good, safe services. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We would always rather talk first, so please contact us if something has gone wrong.
