Every child has a story. We're here to understand it.
Our RCI-registered psychologist works with children aged 1 to 11, and with the parents who love them. We start by listening. Then we help you understand what your child needs, and how to support them every day.

As a parent, you might notice that your child…
These are things parents tell us. They aren't a checklist, and only a qualified professional can assess your child, but they may help you put your worry into words.
- "My child speaks very little for their age, or has difficulty expressing what they need."
- "My child gets cranky or upset easily, especially when routines change or things don't go as expected."
- "My child prefers playing alone and rarely joins their friends, cousins or other children."
- "My child needs more help with everyday activities like eating, dressing, brushing their teeth or using the toilet."
- "My child rarely points to show me something, waves goodbye or looks towards me to share an experience."
- "My child becomes distressed when daily routines change or a familiar activity is interrupted."
- "My child seems to have difficulty telling me what they're feeling, or understanding how others feel."
- "I sometimes struggle to understand what my child is trying to say, and their speech seems less clear than other children's."
- "My child takes longer to learn new skills and often needs extra guidance or repeated instructions."
- "I worry that my child isn't becoming as independent as I expected for their age."
A child's mental health deserves understanding, not judgment.

A relaxed conversation with our psychologist, just for you as the parent. Tell us what you've noticed and what worries you. We'll suggest honest next steps, even if that means someone other than us.
- Online or in person
- At a time that suits your family
Begin with a free 10–15 minute introductory consultation to discuss your concerns, understand your needs and determine the next steps. Any further consultation beyond this initial session will be chargeable.
If an assessment will help, we take time to understand your child properly, through play and conversation, never as a test they can fail.
- A detailed conversation about your child's history and daily life
- Observation through play, at your child's pace
- Standardised tools suited to your child's age
- Input from school, if you'd like us to include it
- A written report, and a feedback session to explain it in plain words
Every child is unique, and so are their assessment needs. Based on the child's concerns, developmental history and individual requirements, an appropriate assessment plan will be recommended. The assessment fee will vary depending on the type and extent of assessment required.

- About me
I work with individuals and families across every stage of life, from pregnancy and early childhood to adolescence and adulthood. My approach focuses on understanding each person's unique needs and providing compassionate, personalised support.
I specialise in screening and assessing children for autism, ADHD and developmental delays, followed by appropriate interventions such as behaviour therapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. I also provide parent counselling, adolescent and adult counselling, and group therapy.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals and families can navigate challenges, build emotional well-being and develop the skills needed for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
